Wool Type Effect | Adobe Photoshop Tutorial

In this tutorial I am going to demonstrate how to create a Wool Type Effect in Adobe Photoshop.

Along the way we are going to use some basic techniques in photoshop such as using masks, using a custom brush and applying some shadows to get the overall effect.
