A NON ROTATING BUT SPINNING GYROSCOPIC FLYWHEEL DOES NOT LOSE WEIGHT, BUT A ROTATING AND SPINNING GYROSCOPIC FLYWHEEL DOES INDEED LOSE WEIGHT

THE ROTATION MUST BE INVERSE TO THE SPIN TO COMPLETE THE FORCE CANCELATION AND ENACT ACCELERATION OF THE FLYWHEEL TO THE POINT OF INVERSE ROTATION OF WHICH THE FLYWHEEL IS SPINNING.

THIS FACT IS ALWAYS REPLICATABLE BY ANYONE AND CANNOT BE DENIED

A gyroscopic flywheel will always “chase” an inverse spin force vector image either physical applied (as part of a binary attached system)….or also, including a magnetic one projected as separate from the system, and this is the basis of directed force acceleration whereby which a vehicle can be made to chase a projected force inverse to the systems applied spin.

Gyroscopic “effect”, or the loss of weight from the flywheel is achieved by:
taking the flywheel mass and spinning it up making the entire flywheel under applied coherent force.

Secondly applying either to the system an inverse force to the coherent spin of the flywheel or an EXTERNAL applied force with inverse spin.

As such, coherency of force in the flywheel, then an applied inverse spin rotation force applied to the flywheel to cause weight loss.

All weight is A: location specific and B: medium specific.

Applied coherent force cancelation inverse to the desired mass (the earth for example) causes levitation and weight loss in the flywheel or craft.
