I got my hands on this new Nikon 10-100mm Powered Zoom Lens to unbox, sniff and take a few test shots. What an interesting hunk of glass especially for $750. It is both interesting because it is a powered zoom that is silent and the fact that it is such a large lens on such a small body.
Even though this lens is large and has some weight to it, it did not make the seem any less balanced in my hands. You have the ability to control the speed of the zoom, it can be smooth or it can snap in and out very fast.
