Morganti's Weather Actions For Elements 11, 12, 13
Last week I introduce "Photoshop Weather Actions" for CS5, CS6, CC and CC2014. Those same actions work great for Elements 11, 12, 13 and in this video, I demonstrate how to install them and I show them in action.
