In this Tech Tip, "Interview Lighting," I show you how to set up continuous LED lighting sources for a video interview with my friend and professional snowboarder, the lovely Casey Lucas. I chose to work with the Litepanels Sola ENG Flight kit, which boasts three AC/DC-powered Sola ENG fresnel fixtures, soft box and barn doors for light modification and shaping, and a handy custom Pelican case into which it all fits. I will walk you through everything you need to know about this equipment, as well as how to set up a key light, back light and fill light in order to achieve a compelling, balanced look for your next video interview.
