I DEFINED A "BETTER COMPANY" based upon several criteria:
1. build quality
2. customer service
3. making consumers beta testers (preferably a lack thereof!)
4. durability, complaints about breaking down etc.
5. Ecosystem (the system of a camera)
and upon that, Fuji is currently #1
