DJI Phantom 4 Preview

This is a preview of the DJI Phantom 4 that is priced at $1,399 and adds some really revolutionary features.

The main new feature is "obstacle avoidance" and autonomous flying. There are multiple optical sensors built into the camera that help it avoid running into objects likes, walls, people and trees. Keep in mind it will have trouble with power lines, fences and netting.

You can now lock onto a subject to track it. Tap a spot on the screen and have the drone fly there and turn it into sport mode which will let it fly 45 miles an hour.

The camera itself is pretty much unchanged from the previous one though this one has a new 8 element lens. You also have 120 fps at 1080 for really cool super slow mode.
