It can be confusing just starting out in digital photography and not really knowing what equipment you should buy. We all make mistakes early in what we purchase but as we progress and learn we see where our money is better spent.
I have outlines what I think is a good 1-2-5 year plan, where you should focus your funds and what equipment you should consider.
This may be different for each person based on their needs but it comes back to glass glass glass and not staying in the same body line when you upgrade. You have to take those steps up in bodies as you progress.
